1. ORDER CANCELLATION

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Order can be cancelled only before it is shipped/processed
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

1.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before shipment

3. REFUND PROCESS

  • If paid via COD, refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

4. REFUND TIMELINE

  • Refund processing time: 3–5 business days after approval
  • Additional time may be taken by banks/payment providers

5. NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES

The following charges are non-refundable (if applicable):

  • Shipping charges
  • COD charges
  • Convenience fees

6. FAILED / CANCELLED TRANSACTIONS

  • If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, refund will be processed automatically
  • Timeline: 3–7 working days depending on bank

7. FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny refunds in case of suspicious or fraudulent requests
  • Take legal action if misuse is detected

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
